We are super excited to Welcome our brand new niece to the family! Little Jasmine was born today in Canada, and everyone is tired but happy. We can’t wait to meet her!
Naturally we have been looking forward to this for a long time. Last night I had a dream that the new niece was born, so I sent an email today asking for an update… which came in the form of an announcement phone call tonight.

Although Nathan loves Jasmine, he said he’s not sure that she could be cuter than a leopard baby…I think she is. But the Sumatran Rhino newborn I saw on TV a few weeks ago is definitely cuter than any human newborn could be.
