Who drinks more even coffee than Canadians? Scandinavians! Maybe because it is so cold.
I have written about the fika phenomenon before. I love the social aspect of fika, and though I usually drink tea, I am in the minority so I trust these stats. Even on my visit to Costa Rica, where they grow some of the world’s tastiest shade coffee, I did not encounter so many coffee breaks.
That is a pretty wild diagram. Clearly, Starbucks has some work to do.
