First Snow

Graham is not impressed with snow before Remembrance day.

Finally the forecasters made good on their threats, and we woke up to a white city with more coming down. The ski tracks won’t get set until it stops snowing, so we went on a walk to the Farmer’s market.
The only reason Saskatoon's Farmer's Market is year-round is that it is indoors.

It is only about -2, but with no positive temperatures in the forecast, this is likely the base layer for all our skiing this year.
The bronze statues at the market looking much less pastoral.
