Everyone is by now familiar with important productivity research outlining the benefits of cute animals.  In my new milieu of Agricultural Research, I have recently been made of aware of weekly baby animal rankings, showing the up-and-down jockeying for position as “the cutest”.  You can see how things have gone historically, in case you are interested in extrapolating to future projections of animal cuteness.
