A mini-post with photos from earlier in the summer. The deer defeated our fencing and got way more of the rainbow chard than was reasonable, but I think we know now how to solve that for next year. Almost no brassicas were eaten by us, but instead by a vicious wave of ‘murder slugs’ (mördersniglar), and this we plan to repel next year with copper tape. We still got lots from the garden this year, and still some apples and tomatoes to come.
