Day 2 was disappointing for Canada with 4th place finishes in the Mixed 1000m and B-final for the Men’s crew. Frustrating since this is a race where the technical Canadian Team expected strong results.
Day 3 was much better with a Silver medal in the Mixed 200m right behind the phenomenal Chinese Team, perennial favourites in the sprints. The Men had a great race in a very strong field and came 5th in a photo finish separating 3rd 4th and 5th place.
