On Sunday we went XC skiing at a local golf course with our paddling/skiing buddy Saskatoon expert Camille. 15km didn’t sound like much at the end of last season, but Graham and I both woke up with sore hip flexors today. Only one cure for that… more skiing! I will be on the lookout for a waxing clinic so I can gain some skills. It should be easy here: put on the -20 wax ALL THE TIME.
Sounds easier than the Clister mess you need to deal with on the coast. Took a waxing clinic with Bob Putnam last week – I don’t think I’ll ever get that waxing stuff figured out. Too many choices.
