Tom and Bernie planned to be in Europe in summer 2020, but obviously stayed home, so no Euro-bakery visits for them. 🙁 Luckily, we have access to an outstanding bakery-patisserie in Tullinge. Here is a collage of bakery photos from the last few months. Many of these have been texted to Bernie, but now they are all in one place.
They also make outstanding sourdough, and great yeast bread, croisants, and of course, the pre-lent favourite: semla! Semla usually has whipped cream and almond paste on a cardamom bun, but it is popular to create alternatives like nutella, raspberry, lemon, and croissant versions.
