Kung Hay Fat Choi

Happy Year of the Snake !  Not much going on in Saskatoon, but Graham  made an awesome chili-pineapple stir-fry.  It was the best!  Take that, Connie’s Cook House.

It was super delicious, the picture does not do it justice.  Puff tofu is now my favourite, so glad Andrea introduced me!!

    I love puff tofu! It really soaks up the Flavour, and the texture is a delight!
