After signing up in January, we were finally able to attend the ‘new member intake’ meeting and get keys to the Tullinge Canoe Club! Very long days and some nice sunny ones had Graham chomping at the bit to get back on the water. The club is about 40 years old, and a little less fancy than Brunnsviken since they are mostly comprised of shipping containers and not with fancy meeting space, indoor gym, and sauna. However, a sauna is en route with a dedicated container space for it, and the outdoor gym is far better suited to pandemic training anyhow.
Here is the first peek at the facilities. We look forward to checking out the new waterways and spending some time on the water during these long summer days.
